Rhubarb Cake |

Ingredients: |
4 cups chopped rhubarb
1 (3oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pkg. white cake mix
½ cup sugar
1 cup cold water
5 Tablespoons melted butter

Directions: |
Layer the
ingredients as evenly as possible in a 9" square pan in the
following order: rhubarb, sugar, gelatin, cake mix, water, butter.
(Both the cake mix & gelatin are added dry.) Don't mix! Bake at 350°
for about 45-55 minutes. |

customer's at their barber shop. Many years ago we
began looking for something new to make with it, and
I found this recipe in a cookbook. Although we can't
remember the original name of the recipe, we've
enjoyed making--and eating it ever since."
