Combine crust ingredients until mixture
resembles course crumbs. Press in 9 x 13 pan and bake for 10
minutes at 350 degrees. Meanwhile make filling. Mix sugar and
flour. Whisk in eggs and cream. Stir in rhubarb. Pour over
crust. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool. Beat cream
cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold into whipped cream and spread on
top of bars. Chill and then serve.
