Daffodil Parade Photos Events Pictures Thank you to everyone who joined us for the return of the Daffodil Festival Grand Floral Parade! Deputy Chief McCurdy and Sgt Kurle join Daffodil Princesses to welcome the parade back to Sumner. Seafair Commodores help direct a smooth parade in Sumner. Puyallup Council Chair Bill Sterud, Dave Radcliffe and Roger Knutson served as Grand Marshalls. Parades in Sumner start early with Police and Public Works. Bertie Enslow and Jackie Walls added the Enslow’s 1979 Cadillac to The Old Cannery/City of Sumner unit. City staff, family and friends rode the float.
